You'll partner closely with the Controller and corporate finance team while supporting accounting operations across multiple locations. From month-end close and reconciliations to inventory reporting, AP/AR oversight, and financial analysis, you'll gain broad exposure to the business and its evolving processes.

What You'll Actually Do:
- Own and support general ledger activities across business units, including account coding, journal entries, reconciliations, cleanup, and financial analysis.
- Support month-end close activities, maintain accurate financial records, and meet tight corporate reporting deadlines.
- Oversee AP/AR activities, assist with customer onboarding, and coordinate weekly check runs.
- Learn and support inventory accounting, cost accounting, inventory reporting, and related manufacturing accounting processes.
- Work across two accounting systems, while helping improve processes and maintain consistency between business units.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and corporate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and corporate teams across multiple locations to resolve accounting questions and improve workflows.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 3-6 years of general ledger accounting and month-end close experience.
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and the ability to manage responsibilities across different business units.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to accurate financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn inventory and cost accounting and become proficient in new accounting systems.
- Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience is a plus.
- Public-company reporting or internal controls experience is a bonus.
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation: For a Staff Accountant: $70K to $85K, for a Senior Accountant: $90K to $105k + bonus potential.
- Hybrid Schedule in Longmont, CO.
