Accounts Payable Specialist (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

C&M Legal is hiring a Temporary Accounts Payable / Expense Processing Specialist for a law firm in the D.C. area. This role will be responsible for entering financial data, managing inboxes and ensuring transactions are processed accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and expense transactions
• Monitor and manage AP mailbox
• Support corporate card reconciliation processing as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounts payable, accounting, or data entry
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3E experience is a plus
